Structured Products

Our Structured Products training provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how structured financial instruments are designed, priced, and risk-managed.

The program begins with the fundamentals of capital-protected notes, yield-enhancement products, and participation structures, before moving to more complex solutions that combine derivatives with traditional assets across equities, FX, interest rates, commodities, and credit. Participants will explore how structured products are tailored to meet investor objectives such as capital protection, enhanced yield, or leveraged exposure, and how they are valued under different market conditions.

The training also explains the differences between exchange-listed vs. OTC structures, the legal framework and documentation (e.g., ISDA Master Agreement), as well as key risk considerations including market, credit, and liquidity risk. Through practical case studies and hands-on pricing exercises, participants gain the skills to evaluate, structure, and manage these products in both investment and risk management contexts.
