For complaints, we will confirm within 2 business days. The complaint is always treated confidentially and to be handled within 4 weeks. If more time is needed to study the complaint, we will inform you our time estimation to handle the complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our complaint handling, you can appeal to appeal body: BPKN (Badan Perlindungan Konsumen Nasional, for Indonesian clients).

The appeal body’s verdict is binding for FinRisk Training. Complaints and their handlings are recorded and these entities records are recorded in 2 years.
